Return Policy
We accept returns in accordance with our policy outlined below:
Eligibility: Products are eligible for return if they are received in damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
Non-Returnable Items: Used, opened, or damaged products (not due to shipping or manufacturing error) are not eligible for return.
Shipping Charges: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Note: We currently do not offer product exchanges.
