✅ Eligible Return Conditions

You may request a return if:

• The product is damaged, leaking, or expired

• You received a wrong or incorrect item

• The product is unused, sealed, and in original condition

• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

• Used or opened products

• Products purchased on discount sales or promotions

• Gift cards, samples, or digital products

📨 Return Request Process

• Your Order ID

• Reason for return

• Clear photos or video (in case of damage or quality issue)

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.

💸 Refund Timeline

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of return approval

• For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via UPI or bank transfer
